In this article we will explain how to add Viva Engage to your Teams environment so that you can join the Brightspace knowledge network and invite people you know.

How to add Viva Engage to your Teams?
To add Viva Engage open your Teams Environment. In the left column you will find different buttons such as Chat, Teams, Calls...
Click on Apps and in the search bar, type in Viva Engage
Click on search and click on the App that appears on the screen.
Finally click on Add and Viva Engage will be added your Teams Environment.
As a last step, make sure to Pin the App by right clicking on the Icon.
And now you are all set! Now you can join the Brightspace knowledge network.
How to invite members to join the Brightspace knowledge network
- Click on the number next to members
- Now a Search bar will appear
- Type the name of the person you want to invite
- Click Search
Once you have found the person you are looking for, click on the + button next to the name and the person will be added to the Brightspace Knowledge Network Community.
