How to synchronize Sharepoint files with your computer

If you're working with Sharepoint to save your files for educational purposes, it might be helpful to have a quick way to upload them in Brightspace. By synchronizing Sharepoint with your computer, you will be able to do so.

Step 1. Go to your desired folder in Sharepoint

Step 2. Click on the header above the files on 'Synchronize'. You will get a pop-up saying that Sharepoint is synchronizing with your computer. It might take a while to sync every file on your computer.

Keep in mind that when you are deleting a file in File explorer, it will also be deleted in Sharepoint.

You are now able to upload files from your Sharepoint folder to Brightspace.
