The Brightspace Support Desk is currently understaffed (December 2025/January 2026). Therefore, it may take a little longer for us to respond to your requests.

Support

  • Support site You are currently on the THUAS Brightspace support site. All manuals are publicly available in English and Dutch. The site will be updated frequently.
  • 1-on-1 support Meet with a student assistant. Please send an email to [email protected]
  • Brightspace Knowledge Base The supplier of Brightspace, D2L, has a comprehensive Knowledge Base. Note that not everything may apply to the THUAS situation.
